Return & Exchanges


All ODΛMMZ deliveries require a signature upon acceptance.

All International Merchandise is currently shipped via DHL - international.

For Nigeria, all merchandise is dispatched and delivered according to the delivery option chosen.

For international deliveries, all merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days and arrives within a further 2-5  working days.

Excluding Nigeria Next Day Delivery, orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods could take up to 5 days to be dispatched.

If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.

DHL has end-to-end tracking. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, we do not offer refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

All ODΛMMZ garments are carefully constructed to give you the perfect fit so we hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange. If for any reason however, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange, you have 7 days from the day of purchase to send it back to us. Our returns and exchange policy is created to ensure that if you do need to, it is a stress-free process.

If you need to return & exchange any merchandise, please fill in the Returns Form enclosed in your package. For any problems or if the Returns Form is missing, please send an email to

Merchandise is accepted for exchange if returned in approved and saleable condition within 7 days from when you received it. For returns to be accepted, garments must:

- Have the ODΛMMZ tag still attached

- Be in new condition

- Be unworn

- Be unwashed

- Be unaltered

- Free of stains, odours and damages.

We Operate on an Exchange Only Policy. 

To process a return, kindly follow the guidelines below:

1) Send an email to to specify that you would be returning the item.

We advise that you use a tracked delivery service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges.

For international returns, please ensure that you pay for all customs duties and taxes. If we incur fees, they will be deducted from your cost. Your local tracked shipping service is typically most affordable. We advise against using DHL or TNT.

You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour. If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

If your package is lost in transit, we will sort it out and you will not be left without a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.

3) Claims for exchanges for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 7 working days of receiving initial garments.
